Chocolate Cake

 


Ingredients:

  1. Maida
  2. Curd
  3. Refined Oil or Butter
  4. Fine Sugar 
  5. Chocolate powder
  6. Instant Coffee powder
  7. Baking Powder
  8. Baking Soda

Time Taken: 

Approximately 50 Minutes.

Procedure:

  1. Take half cup of curd mix with half cup of  Refined oil and whisk for about 2 min
  2. Take 1 cup of Maida, 3/4 cup of sugar,1/4 of chocolate power, 1 tsp of coffee powder, pinch of baking soda and baking powder and sieve all the ingredients
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the mixture of curd and oil properly
  4. Add milk gradually to make a mixture flowing consistency
  5. Grease the baking tray with oil and dust some Maida
  6. Pre-heat the kadhai with some salt and stand on it
  7. Put the cake mixture in the Greased tray and tap 3 to 4 time to released the air bubbles 
  8. Place the tray in preheated kadhai and close the lid and cook for 40 Min
  9. Uncover the kadhai and check with toothpick if it come completely dry then baked properly
  10. Let the mixture cool completely
  11. Time to make Ganache
  12. Take 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of fined sugar,2 tsp chocolate powder and 1 tsp of corn flour
  13. Mix all the ingredient and make sure there are no lumps
  14. Place it to the stove and stir continuously until it become thick paste
  15. When the paste is thick turn off the gas and let the mixture cool completely
  16. Put the Ganache on Cake and spread evenly

NOTE:

  1. Make sure no lump in Ganache & cake mixture 
  2. Do not over-mix the Cake mixture
  3. Keep check cake at regular interval with knife or toothpick so that it does get burn
