Chole Bhature

 



Ingredients:

     For Chole:

  1. Kabuli chane
  2. Jeera
  3. Onion
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Green Chilly
  6. Mustard oil
  7. Chole masala
  8. Coriander power
  9. Turmeric
  10.  Ginger
  For Bhature
    
    1. Maida
    2. Sugar
    3. Salt
    4. Curd
    5. Baking soda
    6. Eno



  

Time Taken: 

Approximately 45 Minutes

Procedure:

  1. Soak Kabuli Chana for 5 to 6 hrs.
  2. Boil it for 6 to 7 whistle adding 1 tez patta and salt.
  3. Heat the oil for 2 minutes
  4. Put Jeera in hot oil 
  5. When Jeera become pinkish, add finely chopped onion in kadhai, Salute for 2 mins.
  6. Make a tomato puree, add some green chillies and ginger and make a smooth paste. 
  7. Now add puree  and keep stirring until it removes kadhai.
  8. Add turmeric power, coriander power, chole masala and salt.
  9. Add some water and let it boil for 2-3 min.
  10. Now add boiled chana in kadhai and adjust the consistency and simmer for 10 min.
  11. Lastly garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
   For Bhature:
  1. 2 cup Refined flour  (Maida) add 1 tspn sugar and salt.
  2. Now add 1/2 cup curd,1/4 baking soda and eno cover it keep aside for 15 min.
  3. take oil in pan to fry.
  4. Make a small ball and roll it in a thick oval shape.
  5. fry it both side till it become golden cover
  6. Serve it hot and enjoy the terrific home cooked Chole Bhature made specially with love.

NOTE:

  1. Fry in high flame only.
