Pav Bhaji
Ingredients:

Time Taken:
Approximately 45 Minutes
Procedure:
- Take a Pressure cooker add 1 tspn of oil add zeera, let it crackles.
- Now add some salt to the chopped vegetables Potatoes, Tomatos, carrot, Pea, Cauliflower, beetroot , green chilli, add some water and cook for 2-3 whistles on high flame.
- take a pan, add 2 tspn of oil, add finely chopped onion cook for 2-3 min until it become soft.
- Add chopped Capsicum to pan and cook for another 2-3 min, Now add garlic -Ginger paste.
- Keep the flame low now add dried masala like red chiliies power, 2 tspn pav bhaji masala, mix it properly and cook for another 2-3 min until it leaves the oil from pan.
- Add some water to the mixer let it boil for 3-4 min.
- Mash all the boiled vegetables in the pressure cooker with the help of masher.
- Add boiled and mashed vegetables in the pan.
- Cook for 5-6 min in medium flame.
- Bhaji will become thicker , At this time add some water, Mix and cook for another 2-3 min.
- Lastly add some lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves cook another for 1 min
- Your Bhaji is ready.
- Take a Pan add some oil put some green coriander and pav bhaji masala now roast the the pav for 1-2 min.
- Serve with love and enjoy the recipe.
NOTE:
Add Beetroot for texture of Bhaji.
