Pav Bhaji






Ingredients:

    

  1. Garlic
  2. Potatoes
  3. Carrot
  4. Cauliflower
  5. beetroot
  6. Tomato
  7. Capsicum
  8. onion
  9. Ginger
  10. peas
  11. Zeera
  12. Green chili
  13. Green Coriander
  14. Pav bhaji masala
  15. Red chili power
  

Time Taken: 

Approximately 45 Minutes

Procedure:

  1. Take a Pressure cooker add 1 tspn of oil add zeera, let it crackles. 
  2. Now add some salt to the chopped vegetables Potatoes, Tomatos, carrot, Pea, Cauliflower, beetroot , green chilli, add some water and cook for 2-3 whistles on high flame.
  3. take a pan, add 2 tspn of oil, add finely chopped onion cook for 2-3 min until it become soft.
  4. Add chopped Capsicum to pan and cook for another 2-3 min, Now add garlic -Ginger paste.
  5. Keep the flame low now add dried masala like red chiliies power, 2 tspn pav bhaji masala, mix it properly and cook for another 2-3 min until it leaves the oil from pan.
  6. Add some water to the mixer let it boil for 3-4 min.
  7. Mash all the boiled vegetables in the pressure cooker with the help of masher.
  8. Add boiled and mashed vegetables in the pan.
  9. Cook for 5-6 min in medium flame.
  10. Bhaji will become thicker , At this time add some water, Mix and cook for another 2-3 min.
  11. Lastly add some lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves cook another for 1 min
  12. Your Bhaji is ready.
  13. Take a Pan add some oil put some green coriander and pav bhaji masala now roast the the pav for 1-2 min.
  14. Serve with love and enjoy the recipe.
   

NOTE:

      Add Beetroot for texture  of Bhaji.
